Each submitted paper will go through a blind reviewing process by at least two reviewers. Accepted papers will be indexed in IEEE Explore.

Each submitted paper will go through plagiarism checking using the crosscheck-IEEE tool.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
