Manuscript Submission

Step 1: Initial Submission

Authors are invited to submit a full paper with original work or applications relevant to the conference theme within 6 to 8 pages for review.  The paper must use Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates for IEEE conference proceedings on US letter (8.5 × 11 inches) pages without the authors’ biography.

Alternatively, author can find the template on the IEEE website.

Author will need to submit in PDF format through the EDAS Conference and Journal Management System ( for short). When submitting the paper, author must select a Track from the options provided and enter the relevant keywords.

Submission site in EDAS: https://edas.info/N32368

To submit, the author will need to register for an EDAS account.
Authors should carefully review the instructions on the EDAS platform before submitting their manuscripts.
If authors face submission errors while using the EDAS platform, they will receive an error message on the website. Additionally, they will receive an error summary via email as part of their submission confirmation. In case of an error, authors should refer to the EDAS FAQ section available under the “Help” tab on the website to find relevant information on the specific error message.

Step 2: Receive Notification of Acceptance or Rejection

The organizing committee will notify authors of paper acceptance or rejection through email. Only accepted authors will proceed to the next stage.

Step 3: Final Submission

Authors are required to prepare the final version of the paper based on the reviewers’ feedback and ensure it is no more than 8 pages.

For final submission, author will need to verify the paper with PDF eXpress specifying the Conference ID as 62102X.

For a camera-ready paper, upload the verified paper through the EDAS platform before 15 July 2024. Before the PDF submission, author will be prompted to submit the IEEE Copyright Form via EDAS.
